SPECIAL EDITION CD1: KALI (2006)

A superb album, in full on melodic sequencer territory with a decent amount of bite. Great Berlin School style!

RICOCHET GATHERING - Croatia 2009

RICOCHET GATHERING – Croatia (2009)

10th RICOCHET GATHERING took place in Croatia during May 2009, on the shore of the Adriatic Sea and is now available on DVD, directed by INDRA.
American producer Vik Rec organised 10 gatherings between 2000-2010, each in a different location. The ‘grand finale’ happened in 2011 in Berlin, EM’s world capital. None of these events benefited from being filmed. The 10th is a well-deserved exception as it appears to have been the most beautiful, unique and successful gathering of all.

THE PYRAMID CONCERT – Live in Denmark (2008)

Recorded live on July 2008 in Rodvig, Denmark, the concert was performed in a huge wooden pyramid, located by the Baltic Sea, thus adding to the artist’s performances in unusual locations. The five tracks of the album, specifically noting their live performance, are like some precious jewels of electronic music, full of imagination and sensitivity.

MILLENNIUM LIVE 2000 (LIVE) (2000)

Another of INDRA’s live albums is MILLENNIUM LIVE 2000, a recording of a live performance at the Romanian Opera (National Theatre) of Iasi in 2000. Anyone familiar with this prolific artist’s output will recognise the classic EM motifs put together in a personal style that is noticeably European. A great live work with many sound effects and penetrating rhythms!

DVD & AUDIO CD: LIVE IN THE SALT MINE (2007)

LIVE IN THE SALT MINE is a must for all the fans of INDRA and to those who want to discover the man and his music. The CD offers 3 catchy tracks and a long dreamy music piece whereas the DVD presents a visual approach which respects the visibility that one can have in a mine, explaining the grainy image that surrounds the live performance.

INTERACTIVE PLAY (vol.1) (1995)

INTERACTIVE PLAY (THE ESSENTIAL) vol.1 is a compilation which groups together some fragments of melodies that INDRA managed to recover from these recordings lost in the magnetic erosion of audio tapes. If the quality of the sound varies, that of the compositions demonstrates a very beautiful progression of INDRA who parades his influences to finally master them and find his identity in the breaths rhythms and ambiances to make room for melodies which are the core of his sibylline approaches.

INTERACTIVE PLAY (vol.2) (1995)

Obviously, INTERACTIVE PLAY (THE ESSSENTIAL) vol.2 is the perfect complement to the volume 1. The 2 CD set offers a very beautiful overview of INDRA’s first works which are regrettably mislaid in the abysses of time and of its imponderables.
