The four pieces of the album are shared equally: the first two were composed and registered in 2005, and the last two in 2006. Among these is Union, a track recorded live on 16th July 2006 at the Open Air Festival (Schleiden) in Germany. The festival was very well organised by Joerg Strawe, with Detlef Keller presenting.

Emerald three comprises in four pieces a variety of approaches: rhythm (Playing in the Garden), affectionate (A Long Time Ago), a live recording (Union) and a meditative piece (Theta Thinking) that lasts 35 minutes. This piece in particular offers a wonderful present for reflection, relaxation and deepening of thoughts, a delight for lovers of pure electronic music.
