Hypnodance is a display of complex, rhythmic sequences, coupled with a lyrical theme; Sacred Hall inspires the imagination, because contrary to expectations it is a rhythmic melody, however its ending induces the state anticipated by the title; The Wingmakers is also a special combination of rhythm and nostalgia, while Celestes closes the album on an astral atmosphere.
The chronological succession of these tracks seems to lead us on a journey, although it is clear that Indra did not intend this when he composed the musical material. The period 2005-2007 was so intense from a musical perspective, that the artist seemed to travel “light years” into his sonorous universe, exploring various ideas and giving free reign to some astounding inspirations.
Just like in the previous albums, Emerald five brings to us a variety of themes and approaches. Rhythm predominates, but it is introduced in surprising ways, being combined with lyrical (Madeline) or oriental themes (Over the Dunes). A very elegant work is the fourth track, Libertados. In two of the tracks (First Contact; Air) INDRA appears to return to a “space” style, which he greatly loves.
The album comprises five melodies, all recorded in 2006. One can say that Emerald four is represented by a mature approach and also powerful rhythms.
Some of the themes are lyrical, others dynamic, and others are combined. Even if 10 years have passed since these melodies were composed, the sound is still very clean.
The four pieces of the album are shared equally: the first two were composed and registered in 2005, and the last two in 2006. Among these is Union, a track recorded live on 16th July 2006 at the Open Air Festival (Schleiden) in Germany.
Emerald two contains four melodies, all composed and recorded in 2005. A very fruitful musical year for Indra, who, alongside the four published albums, composed many other valuable tracks in his studio, which were never published until now.
Here the accents are more dramatic, but even so the themes and approach are different with each title of the album. An enchantment for lovers of this kind!
Emerald one offers eight tracks (all recorded in 2005, just as in the case of the Ruby five album), which tends to align itself more and more with pure electronic style of music, however even here different themes are approached, which surprise (Saxish, Arian Theme). The rest is a richness of sonic ideas and influences which very clearly express the variety of Indra in this area.
